How to apply your member discount on Eventbrite
To ensure you receive your member pricing, please follow these simple steps during the checkout process on Eventbrite.
We welcome members to join us for programs and workshops! As a valued member, you are entitled to exclusive discounts on many of our ticketed offerings.
To ensure you receive your member pricing, please follow these simple steps during the checkout process on Eventbrite .
Step 1: Find Your Discount Code
Your unique member discount code can be found in your Member Portal . If you can’t find it, please contact us at membership@nikkeiplace.org before you purchase your tickets.
Step 2: Click “Get Tickets”
Navigate to the Eventbrite page for the program you wish to attend and click the orange “Get Tickets” button.
Step 3: Click “Enter Promo Code”
This is the most important step! Before you select the number of tickets, look for the text at the very top of the ticket selection window that says “Promo Code: Enter code.”
Note: On a mobile phone, this link usually appears right above the “Check out” button or at the top of the ticket list.
Step 4: Apply and Verify
Type your code into the box.
Click “Apply.”
You should see the ticket prices update immediately to reflect your member discount.
Once the price has changed, select your tickets and proceed to “Check out.”
Important Reminders:
Apply the code FIRST: Eventbrite does not allow us to apply discounts retroactively once a purchase is complete.
One Code Per Order: Ensure the number of discounted tickets matches your membership level (e.g., Individual vs. Family).
