Whether you’re planning your engagement party, bridal shower or wedding ceremony and reception, our staff look forward to helping your plans come together seamlessly.

Peak season rates apply between May through September.

Low season rates apply between October through April.

What we offer

We offer many options to ensure that any couple gets exactly what they need during all stages of planning. Our venue provides:

Hayashi Hall (320 guests capacity), Ellipse Lobby (120 guest capacity) and various smaller rooms

Banquet table & chair rental, full set-up and take-down

Beautiful outdoor garden for cocktail receptions, ceremonies and photo shoots

No corkage fee – you are welcome to bring in your own alcohol

Outside caterers are welcome to our spacious kitchen

Free underground parking

The NNMCC does not offer bar service nor catering.

Ceremony Packages

Hayashi Hall Ceremony — Up to 350 guests Peak Season: $1,700 + tax Low Season: $1,500 + tax Package includes: Use of Hayashi Hall for ceremony from 10 am to 2 am Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs 2 Dressing rooms Beautiful outdoor garden for photo shoots Complimentary underground parking
Nikkei Garden Ceremony — Up to 200 guests Peak Season: $1,200 + tax Low Season: $1,000 + tax Package includes: Use of Nikkei Garden for ceremony from 10 am – 2 am Use of Ellipse Lobby in case of rain (150 seated guest capacity) Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs (Outdoor furniture rental is not included) Photo shoots in the garden before and after the ceremony Complimentary underground parking
Ellipse Lobby Ceremony — Up to 150 guests Peak Season: $1,200 + tax Low Season: $1,000 + tax Package includes: Use of Ellipse Lobby from 10 am to 2 am Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs Photo shoots in the garden before and after the ceremony Complimentary underground parking

Reception Packages

Platinum Reception — Up to 320 guests Peak Season: $6,500 + tax Low Season: $5,500 + tax Package includes everything listed under “Hayashi Hall Reception” plus : One hour extension of Hayashi Hall use until 2 am Use of the entire main floor (except Museum & Budojo) from 2pm to 2 am
Hayashi Hall Reception — Up to 320 guests Peak Season: $4,800 + tax Low Season: $3,800 + tax Package includes: Use of Hayashi Hall from 2 pm to 1 am Use of Community Kitchen for your preferred caterer Complimentary underground parking 2 Dressing rooms 1 Security guard for duration of your event Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs Portable bar rental Podium & microphone rental Beautiful outdoor garden for photo shoots ENTANDEM (Socan and Re-Sound fee)
Ellipse Lobby Reception — Up to 100 guests Peak Season: $3,800 + tax Low Season: $3,300 + tax Package includes: Use of Ellipse Lobby Use of Community Kitchen for your preferred caterer Complimentary underground parking 2 Dressing rooms 1 Security guard for duration of your event Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs Portable bar rental Podium & microphone rental Beautiful outdoor garden for photo shoots ENTANDEM (Socan and Re-Sound fee)
Matsu Reception — Up to 40 guests Please contact us for pricing details. Package includes: Use of the Matsu Room for 6 hours Full set-up and take-down of tables and chairs Beautiful outdoor garden for photo shoots Recommendation on catering, decoration, floral and other related services (optional) Complimentary underground parking
