MPFCS offers a wide variety of rewarding volunteer opportunities where you can share your talents as well as develop new skills in a safe and welcoming environment.
- Playroom Volunteers — You will be treated like one of the team while practicing your skills in a variety of Early Childhood Education curriculum areas such as arts and crafts, story time, singing, table toys, gross motor activities and imaginary play.
- Adult Program Volunteers — Share your knowledge and talents with other parents in areas like sewing/quilt making, cooking, baking, and gardening.
- Special Events — Assist with setup, teardown, planning, or event-day coordination. Many hands make light work!
- Odd Jobs — Provide carpentry, plumbing, or general maintenance repairs as needed at our facility.
- Board Member — Learn nonprofit operations, leadership, and delegation skills. Childcare provided; monthly potluck meetings with $30 food reimbursement available.
